Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at Awaken Your Health. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekend or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

  • Fastway Courier service NSW wide $15 (estimated delivery time 3-5 days)
  • Australia Post Nation wide $15 for parcels under 500g (estimated delivery time 3-7 Business days)
  • Australia Post Nation wide $20 for parcels between 500g-3kg (estimated delivery time 3-7 Business days)
  • We do ship to PO boxes also.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. We keep a copy of tracking numbers and can share with you if required.


While all care is taken, Awaken Your Health is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive yoru order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (Fastway Couriers or Australia Post) to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
